SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We endeaver to ship each order within 3 business days. Under most circumstances,
however, orders received by 10am Eastern time are shipped on the SAME
business day. Most products are made to order and are not kept in stock.
In the rare case that we have trouble filling your order promptly (e.g.,
the master from one of our international partner companies is found to
be faulty), you will be notified of the delay by email. Most such problems
can be resolved within seven business days.
Domestic and international orders are typically shipped by U.S. Mail.
Shipment notifications are sent by email and typically include tracking
information (when offered by the postal service). Please allow up to 30
days for delivery. If, after this time, you think that there may be a
problem, please write to shipping@whollygenes.com
and we will be happy to resolve the problem.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Wholly Genes Software is committed to protecting your privacy. We will
not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party
without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to
periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think
you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information,
you may send an E-mail to support@whollygenes.com
with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.
Wholly Genes Software does not sell, trade or rent your personal information
to others.
Note that, in the case of sales for some third-party products, your contact
information (but not credit card details) will be transmitted to the manufacturer
in order to automatically register the product and qualify you for technical
support and future upgrading pricing. The product order page will prominently
indicate when that policy would apply to your purchase.
GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY ON DATA CDS
Applies to all products manufactured by Archive CD Books USA
Wholly Genes, Inc. will replace a defective data CD within 90 days from
the date of purchase, providing failure has not occurred as a result of
accident, abuse or misapplication of the product and upon receipt of the
returned failed product and all related packaging. In the event that a
replacement for a defective CD cannot be promptly provided, a full refund,
including shipping, will be provided.
If you believe that a CD is faulty, please write to support@whollygenes.com
and describe the circumstances. The CD may not be faulty and in most such
cases we can help to resolve the problem.
PLEASE NOTE that Wholly Genes, Inc. makes no guarantee that a particular
subject matter, person, surname, or place is represented on a particular
product except as expressly stated in the product description. In addition,
please be aware that, in rare cases, old books that are reproduced on
CD are missing one or more pages or may contain some text which is illegible.
Refunds are expressly prohibited on the grounds that the product is
found to not include information that is of interest to you.
Due to the digital format of our products and the ease with which they
could be copied in violation of the license agreement, refunds cannot
be made if the CD is found to be in working condition.
GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY ON ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
With the exception of data CDs (see above), Wholly Genes, Inc. will provide
a full refund (less shipping) on any product that is returned in resellable
condition within 90 days from the date of purchase.
