Digital publishing is very popular, and it's likely that when our grandchildren mature, most if not all their reading will be e-books, not paper books. It's unlikely that paper books will disappear, but the trend is clear.

Electronic books in EPUB format use HTML and CSS, which are also used in web sites. Unlike web sites, however, the result is a single file that is easy to share.

Using Gedcom Publisher is like using Second Site, but the result is an EPUB file rather than a web site. If you are changing computer storage arrangements or sending your backup (sqz) files to a chart printing service you may wish to consolidate all the required image files into one folder. In addition, it provides the ability to directly edit the Topic, Reference and Description fields of a list of related exhibits (for example - External Images attached to persons) from one screen with the ability to see the actual images both internal and external provided they are available. *** TMG to GEDCOM v1.00 is now available. *** TMG to GEDCOM (T2G) is a faster, better GEDCOM export for TMG. It includes hundreds of features to customize a GEDCOM export including features custom-designed to work with popular GEDCOM readers like Ancestry.com.

TMG to GEDCOM will only work with TMG databases written by TMG v9.04 or v9.05.

TMG to GEDCOM allows export templates and, initially, has templates available for Ancestry.com (public and private), GENviewer, Gramps. and Legacy. You can save your own templates for custom configurations.
