  1. Good Morning Jim!

    Having the Input file read failure notice on windows 10 machine. tried turning off security features on computer and removing onedrive app. no luck. can you point me to your previous posts about what other measures to try?

  2. Migrate from TMG

    jgstock1 posted a topic in The Master Genealogist v9

    I have a large amount of information on TMG 9. I would like to migrate from TMG to some other program that runs on Windows 10 and also has a cloud backup. Prefer not to lose any information that I have on TMG. I am sure this topic has been discussed so if someone could point me to online answers/resources I would much appreciate it.   3. Fellow TMG V 6 users. I add new data to TMG on my desktop. I back up TMG on a flash drive. I use the flash drive to restore the project onto my notebook computer. It works but I get this message DynaZip UnZip Error: No files to test, extract, etc, ( Not items match filespec) After I hit OK Input file read failure - this eror occurs when a file read operation is performed ona ZIP file that is locked or restricted by another process. The TMG on the notebook matches that on my desktop but I worry about the message. Any ideas on cause? Locked external exhibit? How can I check which file is at fault? thanks Jon Jon Stock
