  1. I am using Windows 7 and TMG 7.4 I have a 3rd Great Grandfather where it states that we have no relationship. With his son, it states that he is my 2nd great grandfather. When I do a "Calculate Relationship" it reports that he is my 3rd great grandfather. What would cause this false report that states there is no relationship? Many thanks for any suggestions on this.     I have a related question. When I first started using TMG, I did not pay attention if pictures were added as internal or external. Now I make them all external as I begin to use Second Site. Some of my older exhibits, still show when I click on exhibits for that person, but I cannot find where that picture is stored. So my question is, when I am viewing a picture in the exhibts section, how do I find where it is stored? Thanks.

  4. I have purchased the TMG 6.12 for a brother when it was on sale. He has not yet installed it. Does he need to install it, and then download the free TMG v7.0, or can he begin by downloading the V 7. and using his serial # for his 6.12 to register his 7.0? Thanks
