    Terry I have now found one of these cases and birth/death shown as primary and dates are normal. The Birth tag picklist shows her date range but not the top line of Personal Details. Very odd - any more ideas? Cheers Rod

    Thanks, Terry. I have your primer sitting by me at this moment - very good it is too. There are just a very few of these cases - unfortunately I can't remember which so will have to wait until I call them up again! I will check both conditions you suggest. Cheers Rod
  5. Although birth and death dates have been input - they are not showing on top line. While I have had earlier versions on TMG some years ago I am a beginner on v7 Thanks Rod O'Donoghue
