    Thank you, Terry, for your quick response. I will give it a try.
  2. Last year I downloaded TMG v9 and put it on my brand new laptop. I of course registered it, ran my database thru it, and not long after that my laptop got stolen. I hadn't even had it long enough to get it backed up. Fortunately I had the database backed up to an external drive but not the registration key. My problem is I have the key to v8.0 but not v9.0. My database will not work with v8.0 anymore. Dorothy Turner has always rescued me in the past but since Whollygenes is no more I don't know where to turn. Can anyone help me? I have had every version of TMG since the beta version many years ago. I don't want to go to a different program. I haven't worked on my genealogy for a very long time and want to start again.
