    Why can't you download the installer? 

    If you have credentials for TMG7 downloading TMG8 will not work. You can download TMG9 and buy credentials for that if you want.

    Thank you for your reply.  I am unable to download installer because Vista is no longer supported by any browser.

    I had to reload TMG 7 because of hard drive issue.  Because I am running Vista I am unable to unlock my TMG 7 program without internet supported browser.  How can I get around this locked TMG program?  I have tried multiple times and says invalid when I enter my serial code.  Any help will be appreciate.  I also cannot download a new installer for TMG 7 or 8.

    I have been unable to play audio during a slide show. Audio will run on the first slide only. Tried the previous suggestion in forum of uninstalling demo but don't know how to do that because there is no uninstall option. When loading audio to slides I get an error message of OLE IDispatch exception code o from Slider. Invalid property value 40 FRMATTR.MAREFELSH. I have tried almost every property and just no luck.

     

    Also, get an error message when loading program initially regarding exceptions.

     

    Any help will be appreciated. I tried to reload the program but that made no changes.
