I've tried using the Add New Family/ Import function to introduce data into TMGv8.
I set up an Excel spreadsheet with the various tag type data entry fields as column headers, added rows of data for each member of the family, saved it as CSV and attempted to import.
However TMG failed to allow the data to be imported. Some of the tag types were blank (eg a census where the person was not alive) so I'm not sure if that was the problem.
If someone could possibly provide a short, simple guide to how to format a CSV and get it imported safely (or show me where to find it), I would be very grateful.
