  1. I am trying to update from v9.3 to v9.5 I have downloaded tmg9setup. When I try to run that I get the message “Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file exists and is writable”. I then downloaded Changelog. I saved that to The Master Genealogist v9.logs. I still get the same error message. What am I doing wrong?

    I have also had this problem. I am using a lap top and was having the problem with the built in keyboard. After reading this discussion I tried my wireless keyboard and with that the F3 works!
