I am having the same problem with the "expired trial version" of V8. Entering the serial number on the opening page does nothing; I tried following the instructions given to Kathleen, but under Help I do not find a Trouble Report option in the menu. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Michael Fox
