  1. I bought a laptop to carry my TMG to library and other places. I have loaded my v. 7 and it has asked for the software serial number. I have not found it except when a screen with the number flashes by at startup. So I have started and stopped the computer at least 10 times to copy segments of the number hoping that when put together the number is complete. Unfortunately what I input is not accepted. The problem may be that what may be an 0 is really an O and what may be a 1 is a l. The screen goes by so fast I can miss letters or make the wrong letter interpretation. Does anybody know how I can pull the serial number off the software? Bill Wood
