Stuart Armstrong 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2008 I need to Re-install TMG v7.02. What do I need and how do I get it? I have my v7 activation code but I do not have the install file. How do I get it? Is the activation code tied to any other information I will need such as name, email address, etc.? Do I need to Un-install first or just over-write? (Windows XP). I want to install from a full install file, not a series of upgrades. I do have full backups with configurations. Related Question: Can I delete all my install and upgrade files from v5 and v6? Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2008 Go to the WG website and download the "30 free trial" offer. It's a full current installer. Install it and then unlock with your serial number. You do have to enter the same name and email address you used when you obtained your serial number. There is no need to keep your v5 and v6 install and upgrade files.
