Reinstalling TMG

My computer crashed (everything was backed up). I've reinstalled TMG but cannot get my License # correct. I've tried all the numbers using a zero one time and an "O" the next. Neither works. I've done this 2 times each now. What's my next step?

You can contact tech support at support@whollygenes.com and they will send you the original email that has all the information that you need. You can then copy and paste the number into the unlock code box.
