karthur 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2008 I am trying to "tidy" up my files. I would like to get all my exhibits into one location. Right now they are scattered between several folders. Is there a way to tell TMG to look in a particular folder for exhibits?
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2008 TMG7 has a standard Exhibits folder located in the user data file tree. Please read the 'Data File Storage' topic in help. You can store your exhibits anywhere you choose in valid user space. It makes sense to store then in one folder or in one folder tree. If you store exhibits in a folder tree, you should manager them outside of TMG. While TMG will back up an exhibit tree, it will not main the tree structure when you restore the backup. The Preferences / Advanced / Exhibits path determines the folder opened when you add an exhibit from the Exhibit Log.
Michael Hannah 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2008 If you have multiple projects notice that the Preferences / Current Project Options / Advanced / Exhibits path is specific to that project so you can have the exhibits for each project in different folders.
