patthepiper 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2009 I could write ASCII text Journal reports, but Word Journal reports resulted in the the message '...Conversion error 3 ... could not create or open CONV_LOG on scratch drive ...' After me spending a week of unsuccessful tinkering Phil DaSilva of TMG Support contacted me and suggested restoring Windows. I picked a date prior to my last successful report and that fixed it.
