zanemc 0 Report post Posted March 28, 2009 Hi In restoring my system to a restore point I was unable to run TMG v7.04 . so I've unsitalled TMG and downloaded/installed the latest verion. However the problem still remain , when I open TMG the follwoing errors appear "File does not exist 59 Appobject.show , then when I click abort another error message appears " Array dimensions are invalid " , the when I click cancel the follwoing message appears : "Unknown member ROSTATUSBAR Method MSHUTDOWN Line ISI Foxcode Table not found is not correct version or is incompatable " then when I press OK "Unknown member ROTLMAN" How do I fix this problem ? Thanks Zane
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted March 28, 2009 With TMG7 closed... Please delete this folder and see if the issue is corrected. Windows Vista C:\ProgramData\The Master Genealogist v7 or Windows XP and Windows 2000 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\The Master Genealogist v7 Be sure to delete the folder, not just the contents. TMG7 will recreate the folder when it is run.
acgreaser 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2009 After downloading the update TMG v7.04 I had to install my restore disk to get my system booted up again. Checked with Phil (tech support) and was told to down load a patch and then down load the update TMG v7.04 again. Problem: can't find the patch at the upgrade center.
