Unable to print Acrobat files to PDF

Hi

 

I'm using TMG 7.04 under Windows 7 .

 

I'm unable to print a report to pdf due to the following message :

"Ole 1 Dispatch exception code 1801 from cdinttf_1 printer installation failed"

 

Then attempts to install a pdf also fail due to the following message :

 

"copying ac/mlp:dll file error code 2 The system cannot find the file expected "

 

 

Any help would be appreciated .

You shouldn't need to do anything other than to install the PDF printer driver.

File / Printer Setup... / [install PDF printer]

 

To output a report to PDF, on the report definition screen, you output to Acrobat (PDF) as the file type.

 

You should not select the Wholly Genes PDF writer as a printer from TMG or from any other application.

I've resolved the issue , by closing TMG & installing the Amyuni document converter from Programme files/The manster genealogist/rrw/pdfintsall

 

Then I open TMG & from printer setup run "Install pdf printer " ........and it works

Thanks Zane. That worked for me. I found that Quicken PDF Printer also works fine with TMG PDF output.
