Error Message - strings

I had to replace the hard drive on my laptop, and am now reinstalling all of my applications. In the process of reinstalling TMG, I received an error message reading:

"File access denied c:\ ... the master genealogist v7\strings.dbf. 2809 CINTLSTRING.OPENSTRATEGY."

 

Since I have not yet put my data back on the computer, this is not the result of some data entry mistake I made long ago.

 

Can anyone tells me what the message means, and what I should do about it?

 

(If relevant, I am using a Dell Inspiron laptop with Windows XP Professional.)
