dorothy louise 0 Report post Posted August 8, 2010 Using v.7. When I try to open it, up comes a box saying OLE error code 0x80040154 177 Class not registered APPOBJECT.SHOW Choices offered are Abort (then I can open the picklist, which seems to be ok); Retry and Ignore (clicking on either of these just results in a repetition). I tried opening from Sample and up came the message box saying Array dimensions are invalid. What is happening here?

Michael Hannah 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2010 Since you have the latest version, just download the latest version from the WhollyGenes site and reinstall. Be sure to remember the unlock serial number and the corresponding name and e-mail address. Just doing the reinstall to the exact same location on your computer over the top of the existing software works and will not affect your data. Some of us users believe this error can happen when some other software gets installed or upgraded or removed. It seems sometimes this can "mess up" some files and settings the TMG software relies upon. Just reinstalling TMG brings back those files and settings. Michael, how do download without paying for it all over again?
Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2010 Dorothy Louise - Download and install the 30-day free trial of v7 from the home page of the WhollyGenes.com web site and enter your original registration information (name, registration number, email address when you registered). If you can't find your registration information, you can install and use the program this weekend and then contact tech support on Monday for help with the registration info.
