I now wish to move some of that data into a newly created data set within the same project. No problem creating the new data set, but how do I actually copy, or move the data from one data set to the other? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2011 The first trick is to identify the people to be moved or copied in some manner. You can give them all a specific flag setting. You could filter the Project Explorer based on that flag or you could simply select the individuals to be moved/copied in the Project Explorer. You might want to copy the individuals selected in the Project Explorer to a Focus Group. There are many ways to identify and mark or group the indivuduals. Then you use Move Person, Copy Person, or the secondary output option of the List of People or List of Events to copy the individuals to the new data set.
