Martha H Eisenlohr 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2012 I really need help over the phone and can’t find a phone number. I have a new computer. My TMG data made the transfer process…meaning I believe all my data is correct. The problem is that the details pages do not come up as previously structured. I was operating with v.7.04 on the old computer, but the program was installed on this new computer using the only CD I have, which is v.7.02 My guess (and my hope) is that I need you to update my 7.02 version to 7.04 and then the backup .sqz I have on a jump drive will solve the problem of not having to start all over re-structuring the set up. PLEASE HELP, and know also, that when this goal is accomplished, I will upgrade to whatever new version I need. And, I will ask for 2 CD’s so I can also update the program that is on my daughter’s computer. If you have v7.02 installed, if you use Help / Check for an update, the update should be downloaded and your installation updated to v7.04. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
