How do most people handle Cremation vs Burial?

How do most people handle a Cremation and/or Scattering of Ashes, as opposed to a Burial? Do you make it a Custom Event? Cremation and Scattering of Ashes is becoming more common in modern times.

I have made a separate tag, derived from the burial tag (we have the funeral ceremony which in case of a cremation is the "main" event, and some days after the urn interment).

I do the what seems to be similar to Helmut. I created a custom tag in the Burial group for the actual Cremation, which I consider the event which disposes of the mortal remains. I then use a separate custom tag in the Other group for the event of scattering the ashes. I choose to view that second event as similar to a "wake" or "memorial service" event, which I also have as tags in the Other group, and which is usually held sometime after the burial service.
