Lance,

If you just want a list of people you can use the List of People report. You can run it on all people in your Data Set, or you can include only selected people by use of Filters, the Focus Group, or by selecting them in the Project Explorer.

Under Options, on the Output Columns tab, specify the information you want to display for each person. One of those choices is age at death. You can specify how the list is sorted by entering numbers in the "Sort Order" boxes.

Terry and Virginia

Thanks very much for your responses.

Since posting my question I haven't been doing any research and never checked back to see if there were any responses until now.

Terry, your advice regarding the List of People is just what I was hoping for and Virginia, displaying the age will be really helpful too!

Regards

Lance
