Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2014 Janice - Rightclick on your desktop TMG icon and select Run as Administrator. Enter your unlock key. Do this one time only. See if that will hold permanently after that. Virginia Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
janniel 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2014 Virginia, Thanks for taking the time to answer. The biggest problem is that the unlock screen says my information is invalid. I've tried to call support, but no answer, so now I will wait to see if they answer my email. Signed, ticked off and tired of this experience. But, thanks to you, again.
