Vance 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2014 My repeat key (F3) no longer works. I tried going to File > Maintenance > Initialize Repeat Files. That didn't work - then I tried renaming the folder: "Repeat_files". Nothing worked, any ideas?
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2014 You're not working on a notebook and have the function keys set to work with the Fn (however it's labeled) key? You reset the repeat function by using the menu option as you did or by deleting the files in the repeat_filesfolder. You should never rename the repeat_files folder. Vance 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2014 Not working on a laptop but I do have a Microsoft wireless keyboard. Checked the keyboard and there is a F Lock key. I clicked on it and the problem went away. The reason I didn't look at the keyboard earlier was because the F3 key worked in MS Word. Thanks for your help. vw
