Help It says I have an expired trial version and I have the real deal.

Help, when I enter v9 or v8 it says I have a trial version and I don't, I upgraded a year ago, and then to v9. How can I fix this. I do not have the email any longer with my serial number. cherylkroe @windstream.net. I am crushed this program will not continue to progress. I have loved using it.

I am running Windows 8 . I read the topic on the issues with it erasing the registration. But how do I get my registration information again. I have called twice today and left 2 message and have not gotten a call back. Please have someone send me an email with the serial number cherylkroe@windstream.net. Thanks

Wholly Genes Software is no longer operating. The support number may or may not be answered, but I suspect it will not. Send an email message to support@whollygenes.com and request your license information. You may get an answer that way. if you do get the answer, make sure you save the information in a safe place somewhere.
