Is there a TMG 8 manual available as a .pdf file?

I am starting from scratch with TMG 8.08 using a Windows 7 computer.

 

1. Is version 8.08 the final version of TMG 8?

 

2 I have purchased Terry Reigel's "Primer," 1st edition. Is there a TMG 8 manual from TMG as a ,pdf file? Where can it be found?

Not that I'm aware of. Use the help file. That's where all of the detail about the program is located.
