Reports don't print

Using Windows 10 and Epson printer. When I try to print a report I get a OLE error code 0x80040154 class not registered,  and then program goes into a cycle I can't get out of.  Have run all the maintenance suggestions.  Otherwise TMG working good.

Go to Devices and Printers and uninstall the Wholly Genes PDF Writer v4. It will be reinstalled the next time that you run TMG. See if that corrects the issue.

 

If it doesn't, run the TMG v9.05 installer and select [Repair].

I did these things, and there is still no response from the printer.  I am not getting the error message.  BTW, thanks for hanging in here with us.

If you no longer get the OLE error message, then the steps that I suggested that you follow worked.

 

Have you used this printer previously with TMG? There could be an issue with the printer driver.

 

You can't generate any reports or only to the printer? Have you tried to generate reports to PDF or RTF or Word and then printing them?

YES Thank you!  RTF worked!
