When I try to print a report I get a OLE error code 0x80040154 class not registered, and then program goes into a cycle I can't get out of. Have run all the maintenance suggestions. Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2016 Go to Devices and Printers and uninstall the Wholly Genes PDF Writer v4. It will be reinstalled the next time that you run TMG. See if that corrects the issue. If it doesn't, run the TMG v9.05 installer and select [Repair]. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2016 If you no longer get the OLE error message, then the steps that I suggested that you follow worked. Have you used this printer previously with TMG? There could be an issue with the printer driver. You can't generate any reports or only to the printer? Have you tried to generate reports to PDF or RTF or Word and then printing them?
