Is ther a way to generate a report listing standalone persons with no relationships attached. In other words, orphan records?

There is a List of People filter named "unattached people.flp" in the Sample project folder. Copy the filter to the folder holding your project and use the filter with the List of People report.

If you mean individuals with no relationships, that easy with the List of People report and a filter like:

 

# of Marriage Group Tags = 0 AND

# of Fathers = 0 AND

# of Mothers = 0 AND

# of Children= 0 END

 

But if you are looking for small groups of linked people who are not connected to others in your database it is more difficult. One method is described in my article on Creating a "Connected" Flag.
