johnbuckjr 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2018 (edited) Should I have to reenter my Serial Number, Name and E-mail Address and the location of where I purchased TMG9 every time I reboot my computer? I use a Dell desktop with Windows 10. Is there some way for me to avoid having to do that.... ? It really isn't a big deal (like my complaint earlier this month of being unable to print out Group Sheets with images) it's just annoying. <g> John John Buck, Jr. Cleveland Heights, Ohio Edited February 21, 2018 by johnbuckjr
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2018 You need to enter your registration information both as standard user and as administrator. To enter the information as administrator, right-click on the TMG shortcut and select 'Run as administrator'. After, unlocking, exit TMG.

djsavell 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2018 I just rebooted my computer to make sure I didn't have to re-enter my S/N like a do every week when I cross a Sunday. I can open TMG 9.05 a hundred times or not at all but come Monday I have to unlock it again. Rebooting does not affect me.
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2018 You need to unlock TMG both as a standard user and as an administrator. 1) Unlock TMG running normally. 2) Unlock by right-clicking on the TMG shortcut and selecting 'Run as administrator'. Exit TMG once you have unlocked.
