Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted July 18 Paul, The most common reasons a serial number fails to unlock are: 1. The number is mis-typed. It's long and difficult to type without errors, so it's best to save it as text so you can cut and paste it into the unlock screen. 2. You have changed email address, and are entering your current email address. You must enter your email and name the way it was used when you purchased the serial number. 3. The serial number is for a different version of TMG, for example TMG 7 or TMG 8. Are you sure the number you are entering is for the correct version of TMG?
