Dyanzip error

Recommended Posts

I have an error that I have never encountered before (dyanzip error, error creating output file, problem extracting files). The last backup was to an 'cloud' called OneDrive and it appears to be a .sqz file.

when I attempt to restore from this backup, I get this error. I looked back at older post and followed the suggestions that were given with no results. I tried to attach this file,  but was not able to due to it's size. I've been using TMG for a 'gazillion' years and I just can't survive without this backup. PLEASE HELP.

Repeated posts have cautioned that TMG backups should ONLY be done to and from the actual hard drive. They should not involve either removable drives and never OneDrive.  Can you first directly copy the sqz file from OneDrive to the local hard drive? If so you then can have TMG restore it from there.

Hope this gives you ideas,
