sjordan 0 Report post Posted January 9 TMG is now hanging on startup. The program starts and shows the menus, but hangs when trying to load the project. This appears to be occuring on multiple computers and with multiple projects. If the Internet connection is turned off before starting TMG, everything starts correctly. Thus, my guess is that the hanging on loading the project may be caused by TMG trying to connect to a server before loading the project. Anybody have an idea if something changed this month to cause this issue? Any workaround other than turning off your Internet connection before starting TMG? Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted January 10 I suspect that you have TMG set to look for updates and/or messages, both of which require it to access the WG server. To fix this, I suggest: 1. Start TMG with your Internet connection off. 2. Open Preferences and on the Program Options > Startup and Exit tab, set both "Check the web sit for an update every" and "Check for Messages every" fields to zero.
