PDF Printer Problem (re-cap)

I have tired many times to save a list of people to a PDF file in the reports folder with out success.

 

I have version 6.03

 

Set the options for Adobe PDF file and even used different names for the saved file i.e. List of People.pdf and Murray.pdf. Neither worked.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

Are you using Print and Save? Save will just save the report definition, not the report. Print implies 'Print to File' - that is to a PDF file.

 

Have you installed a PDF printer in File > Printer setup > Install PDF printer?

Thanks Virginia it worked now after installing the PDF printer, which I had installed when I did the original install for Adobe PRO and TMG.
