Use of Software key

Hello,

 

Invoice/ receipt message No. 96160

 

I have payed for an upgrade to v6 from v5 and downloaded the software. But not installed the new version 6.

I have also received product key on Email for version 6. Now I receive the following message on the Invoice.

 

The key you entered has already been used to upgrade to TMG v6. Do not continue or your credit card will be charged and you will NOT get another serial number to unlock the product. For help, please contact technical support at support@whollygenes.com or 410-715-2260.

 

Please tell whats wrong here!!

Also: support@whollygenes.com does not exist??

You can safely ignore that red lettered warning.

 

All you need to do is install TMG version 6 and use the Serial info you received by email to unlock the program. That should get you up and going.

Also.

 

Support@whollygenes.com is most certainly up and available. The several hundred emails sitting in the inbox certainly attest to that.
