Kay Schmidt 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2005 Ever since I can remember, the installation process does not seem to end properly. During the install, the screen shows pages flying from one folder to another. While that is still happening, a window pops up telling me I need to to restart my computer. The lack of some indication that the process has been completed successfully leaves me with an uncomfortable feeling. I am not a novice computer user, so I can only imagine how inexperienced users might feel. Just thought the programmers might like to know. Thanks for providing a great product and excellent support.
