Problem with Tag Labels

I have recently started using TMG.

 

While customising the settings, I’ve encountered two problems. Here is the first. I’d be very grateful if someone could help me. Thanks.

 

In the Tag Type List, I selected the Mother-Bio tag, clicked on the Edit option, and changed the Label “bio” field to “xx”. This then changed all the ~bio in the Tag Type List. I then tried to change the field back to “bio”, but the program won’t let me.

 

How can I do this? Is there a way to restore defaults?
