Report printing problem

I have Gold Edition installed on my new desktop computer, running Win XP x64. When I go to print a report I get a small popup box whose title is "Wordport spawn error" -- nothing inside the box in the way of a message. Hit OK and get another message: "Conversion Error #20: Unknown error - Contact tech support". If I try to run this same report or any others from my laptop, which I take with me on research trips and is running Win XP Pro -- absolutely no problem. Your ideas?

I am getting the same error message with efforts to save a journal report to a Word file. I have sent two emails to tech support but have not had a reply.
