nancyzim 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2006 I received info on 6.10 update in the newsletter. For the last few updates I have been unable to click on "check for updates". When I do, the program shuts down and nothing else happens. I have tried turning off the firewall and virus protection, but that does not help. When I go to the website and attempt to download the update, it reads "you have the current version", but my last downloadable and usable update was 6.08. Help ???
