TMG half off offer

I would like to take advantage of the half-off offer, but my message center shows no new messages. I have not previously taken advantage of this offer. I am a registered user of v6.12, and vaguely remember a message appearing the last time I upgraded. I don't *think* I deleted it, but I suppose anything is possible. Is there any way I can still take advantage of the offer?

With the Message Manager window open, check the box "display previous messages". (bottom - left).
