If the latter, read Jim Byram's article, including the section on Help, at: http://www.whollygenes.com/files/tmg6andwinvista.pdf If not Vista: Is the Tmg.hlp file in your main TMG folder? Is this problem both with F1 and with the menu Help? If the program appears to 'freeze' when you click on Help, go to the Windows menu and click on 'Center the Current Window' in case the Help window has opened behind your layout. Virginia B.
