positivek9 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2007 Ok, I just don't get it!!! I can create an Ancestor Box Chart that shows all my custom tag data. Everything is there that I want. But when I create a Hourglass Chart, all of my custom tags show nothing!! They print on the chart for example as "Reg No: ". Just the label! The data type settings are exactly the same for both charts. I have tried selecting different choices but I keep getting the same result. Doesn't seem to matter, data is missing. Ancestor Box Chart: Born: Label Date PlacePrep Place Reg No: Label Date PlacePrep Place Color: Label Date PlacePrep Place Breeder: Label Memo The custom tags have data only in the "Details" for Reg No & Color. Breeder has data only in the "Memo" and Born has date and Country. What the heck????? I am baffled! Julie Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
