Errors during loading of Family Tree Maker 16 files

While loading my Family Tree (ver 16) database into SuperTools ver 2.0, I got the following errors:

I ignored the errors, and upon completion of the loading process, I got a "lst" file that said "No errors encountered".

 

Initially SuperTools seemed to perform normally. However, when I try to prepare reports, I get error messages stating

 

Error Opening Database C:\FTW\Hunter Main File (05-28-07).FTW_

Error Number =-1

Error message = Could not open C:\FTW\Hunter Main File (05-28-07)$.DBF

 

Tried reloading the main file again -- same results !

 

Can you provide assistance on this situation ?

As a workaround, I'd try the import by way of a GEDCOM file.
