Setting flag using filter

Recommended Posts

I know that I should know how to do this, but it's been a while...

I want to create a custom flag, which I can do with no problem. Then, I want to use the filtering capability of TMG to set a value in the flag throughout the database. In other words, I want to run the filter on the database, and then for any matches it will set the value of a specified flag to 'Y' or whatever I specify.

What's the procedure for doing this? Some usage of custom reports? A quick persusal of the help and user guides did not seem to make this obvious. Thanks in advance!

Use the Options / Secondary Output function of the List of People or List of Events reports. Filter the report as appropriate.
