Peter Tarkkonen 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2007 In tag sentence a variable [PARO] can be used to include parents of a spouse into a report (like Journal report). Us users can always express a "wish" for such a variable for the future by such posts as this, but at the moment the only similar standard variable is [AO] and [AOE] for the "other" principal. However, you could create a custom tag (or customize an existing tag) and assign custom roles to the parents as witnesses in that tag, for example custom roles of FATH and MOTH. Then you could use the defined standard variables of [RA:rolename] or [RE:rolename] to get their ages in your custom sentences. This might be used to accomplish what you appear to want.
