CaseyC 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2008 I posted this by email to the mail list, but did not get an answer.......thought I'd try it here. Here is the sequence of events that I went through: 1. I added a new source for a birth certificate. 2. I attempted to cite this source in the birth tag, but noticed that I already had cited a different source (basically a duplicate of the new one I just entered) already. 3. At this point I removed the existing citation. 4. I deleted the old source. 5. I cited the new source in the birth tag. I then ran an Individual Detail report and noticed that there was no footnote indicator on the birth tag, but all other citations showed. An Endnote Report showed all endnotes except the one for the birth. The person view showed a check mark in the source column. Any idea how this can be fixed??? Make sure you didn't delete the citation to the second source and then deleted the first source, leaving no citation at all. What I do is just merge the two sources into one.
