Virginia, I don't find any error files in either location. This seems to be a Visual Foxpro error that interrupts TMG before it can fully open (and write error messages).

After using version 7 successfully for a couple of weeks on MS XP Pro, I attempted to merge two data sets. Afterward, when I try to open TMG 7, I get a Microsoft error that sends an error message and immediately closes TMG. The only part of the error message being sent that I can copy is as follows: AppName: tmg7.exe AppVer: 7.0.0.0 AppStamp:436c0d5a ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 ModStamp:411096b4 fDebug: 0 Offset: 00011f6c with Fatal Error: Exception Code C0000005. What gives? At this point I can not use TMG7. Tom Weaver

Is it possible to add a screen for Add Info for a single person? Example, originally I may have had only a name and a relationship for a person, but a new source gives me birth, death, burial, and perhaps marriage date information from one source. It would be nice to have a screen like the add person screen the simplify this data entry instead of doing it one tag at a time.

Hi all. Just loaded v. 7 and am really impressed. I did run into a problem with the add person screens. Since I have large number gaps in my IDs, I now use F2 to select the lowest available ID number. In v. 6 all I had to do is F2 ENTER. Now in v. 7, the ENTER key does not work and I have to use the mouse to click the ENTER button. Can this be changed back? Tom
