positivek9 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2007 Hi! Me again!! One last question I hope! When I make a box chart, I don't want blank data to print. For example I only have limited info on certain dogs, no Reg No or no color. On the chart they print Reg No: ________ and Color: ______. Is there a way to suppress empty data fields?
