CindyJ 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2010 I have an old version (3.5 Gold) of TMG that I have had for a long time. All of my files were saved with this version. A few years ago, I purchased version 6.07. It won't read the old 3.5 files. I thought I could try saving the old files in a different format. They are in a .DBF format right now. But when I try to run Version 3.5 on Windows XP, I get the following system error message: "Divide By Zero or Overflow Error". Is there any way to get this version to run, or is there anyway to get my old files? Will Version 7 get them? Do I need a different version? I have several files, including 1 large one, so I really hate to lose them. Cindy

You can import from directly from the database of from a backup .sqz file...

CindyJ 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Unfortunately, I don't have any .sqz files, only .dbf files. Version 6 won't import those and Version 3 won't run so I don't know if it will save the files as .sqz files.
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 The import can be done from an intact database and no .SQZ file is necessary. A .SQZ file is just a compressed archive of an intact database. It may or may not be necessary to update your database to v4.0d before it can be imported to v6. Please contact Support and they will import your data for you (assuming that you have all of the files required for an intact database).
